Reason i am making this topic is to ask is it okay to take all of these at once.
Pantothenic Acid 500mg
Choline 250mg
B6 200mg
Melatonin 3mg
I would also consider taking these with some Tryptophan so the B6 could do its work. Anything else anyone would recommend to take with these supplements, or even, is it alright to take ALL these supplements with each other? Comments and suggestions please.

In that link are the times that you should take each chemical. Certain chemicals take effect quicker than others. You don't want to have a REM booster become active during deep sleep or take a REM suppressant during WBTB since they will detrement your lucid dreaming chances.

I bought this drink called.... k I don't remember, but it's got Pantothenic Acid, B6 & B12 (plus Guarana) but just so you know Pantothenic Acid and B6 most probably don't interact adversely or else it wouldn't be able to be sold.
Note this drink increased my dreams incredibly, recall especially, when I drank it just before bed, so you should take these just before sleeping when you are already tired, or if you go to sleep quickly just take it before bed.
