      Recall Mp3s?

      hey everyone just a question about the induction mp3s, are there any out there that help your dream recall too? and if so can anyone reply with a link to them?, thanks.

      Yeah I found the Submiminal MP4 to work well

      although it is a little too relaxing and I find myself falling asleep half way though lol.

      I'd love one that would be great thank you , how do you make them? is it just some relaxing stuff with a voice saying "remember your dreams"or is there an exact art to it? oh and thanks for the mp4 info guys ill try tonight
