      My dad told me this... spicy foods can help dreaming? this is all i heard, no specifics... is this true?

      I am not aware of any.
      BUT..Body chemistry is very complex and individually unique. So I would not discount anything until you try it. (within reason)

      Wouldent work for me, spicy food just gives me gass , that wouldent bode too well with my wild attempts

      I once heard spicy food gives you nightmares if you eat it right before bed, that and sleeping with a warm body temp, nightmares have a high chance of becoming lucid dreams.
