I make up my own subliminals to listen to at work using MULTIQUENCE which is a shareware program.
If you already have some sound tracks you can mix them with whatever text you want to feed your mind using a text-to-speech editing program, the best of which I've found to be TextAloud, although there are some free ones also.
The important thing in making subliminals is to mix the voice track in loud enough so that you can actually hear it although not loud enough to be distracting, because recent research has shown that your mind has to be able to actually hear the affirmations to be affected by them.
As far as noticing any results using this with lucid dreaming suggestions though, and I've been listening to these for 5 or 6 hours a day for about a month now, the only thing I've noticed is that my attitude has changed to where I really believe I can have lucid dreams, although they have still not occurred frequently.
