      Will I get ripped off?

      Hi, folks.

I am about to make a purchase of several supplements, and I'm concerned I may be spending money on low-quality stuff or even pills that are not what the marketer claims.

I'd like to hear opinions about the supplements available at americannutrition dot com and at dreamamins dot com.

If anyone can point me to a tried and trusted supplier, I'd be grateful.

      Thank you.

Insanity is the mind's only effective defense against reality.
some times dreams are so good that it hurts to wake up... .

The Lucid Aid section has the Supplement List. These are good, cheap, and easy to get vitamins that effect dreams. In the US, most of these are legal to buy.

Each one has a description of how they affect dreams, its a good resource.
      Bollocks.

      Holy cow.

I was all set to take down some hyper-useful info, and instead I got... this insipid nonsense. Sheesh.

I won't bother you again, but I will help you slightly before vaporizing.

At least some of the info on this page:

      http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=56235

is, to say the least, erroneous.

For example, Cannabis does nothing to assist lucid dreaming. Quite the opposite, it prevents dreaming altogether. Neither is it an hallucinogen. It's not even a pseudohallucinogen. It is about as addictive as donuts. No where near as addictive as a video game.

      Flee evil memes.

Anyway, thanks for attempting to advise me, and go read a book.

      Please don't be rude.
Some foods or supplements work for some people, some don't. I've heard things as far off as having a colder sleeping surface making for more vivid dreams, everyone is different, don't assume that these work for everyone.

Your incorrect assumptions of cannabis aside, wouldnt you rather be a natural dreamer than have to use supplements?

Unfettered, that was rude and uncalled for. People have different opinions, you don't need to insult them, and if you are willing to leave DV because it doesn't revolve around your ideas of supplements, then be our guest.
