      Accidental WILD i think

So sometimes when im really tired at the end of the day ill just lay down and my mind will start to drift off like it does before i start to dream, and then all of a sudden i will feel like im falling and wakeup. Would that be considered a WILD?

I get something along those lines.. it's no so much falling, but that the room is swirling around me really fast, almost like I'm being forced through the space at a really high speed. And when I wake up I can't breathe and my heart is racing

Sounds more like you were entering sleep paralysis, not that you were actually entering the dream state. Although you retained lucidity, it doesn't seem like you made it into dreaming. So technically it is not a WILD, but a very good step towards one!
