This freaks me out and it happens randomly in the morning i don't know what causes it but this morning it happened again i was lying in my bed and then suddenly realize i couldn't really move so i forced my body to roll to the right and then i felt i could move again it's like a thread bounding me.

It seems to me that this was sleep paralysis or a false awakening. Those are the only things I can think of that would have made you unable to move. What could you see when it happened? Your room, darkness, what you thought was your room but was a false awakening?

Well it felt like my body was chained to the bed and barerly no control of my head but everything looked normal then i twitched my head to the right and it felt like i was unbound i can't really remember i didn't felt like i was dreaming but if that's the case it must been a false awakening sp lol.
