Lucid dreaming has me really interested, but a pretty big problem is that I can't remember any of my dreams, at all. As far as I know the sleep I'm getting is fairly solid, and it's usually a good 6-8 hours. Any tips/ideas on how to improve?

I haven't intentionally gotten up to write things down, but the times when I do end up waking in the middle of the night I don't seem to be interrupting any dreams that I can remember. I can't really do the dream journal because there's no memory at all, not even a vague experience.
