dream vividness= stupid acts during sleep
BTW i had taken b6.
In my dream I was brushing my teeth alot (which is funny because I had a dentist appointment, so I was dreaming about preparing for it lol), and when I did the mouth wash it was insanely spicy but I held it for 20 secs, then I spit it out, I felt like there was a little left in my outh so I gathered up spit in my mouth to spit aaaand.......felt a glob of saliva roll down my chin and down my neck in bed.
Stupid and embarrassing.........

Haha, that toothpaste dream is really funny. Sometimes I yell in my dreams for things to happen, and I'm always afraid that I'm yelling in my sleep. I have to check myself in the dream and make sure that I'm dreaming.
