Fine. Ignore my thread. See if I try and start a discussion in Dream related forums again.
Jerks.

Quite often we find ourselves in the most unreal or impossible situations, or in situations that just simply are weird. While these situations seem nothing but normal in our sleeping minds, when we awake we give ourselves that perplexed look, wondering what the hell we just experienced. The sky is water, angels and demons inhabiting our earthly plain, or you need to toss that suitcase in the air as your friend turns the key before his car will start. Somehow these all seem to follow a flowing storyline.
But through all that, some are weirder than others. What have you dreamt that has made the most sense? This doesn't mean a dream that is, in fact, perfectly and within the boundaries of our visible reality, but a dream that is closest to that.

I may have had others that were more realistic, but the only one I can think of at the moment is in my DJ. It struck me as being oddly realistic and vivid. And I find myself looking for clues in it...because my more nonsensical dreams are too hard to follow most of the time. This one only contained a few absurdities.
To have a moment of clarity, so to speak, in an otherwise chaotic subconscious...it just seems like it might have some sort of importance. What importance this dream had, I have no idea.
But I'm working on it.

I have dreamt (quite a few times actually) of waking up, going to school, then, at some point in one of my classes, BAM!
Wake up.
Go to school.
Again lol
Someone said that most of our dreams are about logical, mundane, daily activities!
Which is why we all need to RC way more often.I mean you're typing at your computer right now, probably perfectly content in thinking that this is NOT a dream. Well do a RC anyway and see what happens.
The things in dreams all makes sense and we react to it accordingly in the dream. Reason why it doesn't make sense when we wake up is because when we are awake there is waking memory of what is considered logical to compare with what happened in the dream but when in the dream there's isn't any waking memory of what is considered logical and we accept water as water and a suitcase as a suitcase...face value.

Maybe I am just a oddity, but most of my dreams highly resemble real-life situations and rarely involve strange things like that. It has happened, yes, but for the most part it is quite realistic. And last thing I have to say is: Grow up, your second post was laughably immature.

Actually, the reason they don't make sense is because during REM sleep the brain fires out random electric signals. Literally random as far as we know. We've yet to trace these signals following any specific pattern. They have no flow and are simply fired without rhyme or reason. The interpretive part of the brain sees these random signals and tries to make sense of them, which can be difficult when they have no clear cut purpose. This forms our dreams.
I see you're a stranger to sarcasm. I also see you're a stranger to me.
Allow me to introduce myself. Hi. I'm Exo. I call people jerks because I'm miserable and lonely and am unwillingly projecting my own jerk-ness. I am, however, glad I could make you laugh. This makes me happy. May we share tea one day?

Ah I understand, though 'tis an interesting way of showing it.I'm miserable and lonely and am unwillingly projecting my own jerk-ness.

The most sense, my non-lucids, which also tend to be mostly False Awakenings in which I just wake up then go and do normal stuff, so... boring my dreams are, at least if text were inconsistent, but not even that, silly dreams!
I suppose I look for the opposite <.<

Yes, everything must be googled, after all it's top secret.
My most sensible dream, that I can remember: I was at the rock-climbing place I went to the day before, climbing the same wall as then. While I was actually there I barely got halfway, but in the dream I climbed all the way to the top with relative ease. As whoever was belaying me lowered me down, I heard my friend congratulating me on getting to the top.
I guess it was a nice dream, but after I woke up I was a little confused... it's not like me at all to have such normal dreams.![]()
