floating on the border of being awake and being asleep
This is something weird that I already had a few times, I don't really know if it's real or not. This night I awoke but there was something different, I could easily squeeze myself back into a dream like into a bubble, don't squeeze too hard or it pops. If I imagined something I could get to this imagined thing in a minute by just concentrating on it. I was like being on the border of being awake and being asleep. I kept trying get into a dream, like traveling in my head but whenever I came close to the person in my imagination, I suddenly found myself back in my bed again but I was still in this daze between dreaming and consciousness. I also tried to move my arms but it was like there was this plate above it that held my arm in place. It wasn't like the sleep paralysis that I read about on this site, there weren't any unpleasant feelings and finally if I pulled al my power together and pushed my arm upwards really hard, and then I suddenly was awake, not remembering what just happened. I only started to remember it in the morning.
This has also happened in the past. I never succeeded to fully integrate in my dream, I dream like for five sminutes but I'm watching myself do stuff in this dream while being in my conscious body, feeling the sheet and the mattress, like playing a video game. You are in your physical body but you can control the character on your screen and you pretty much know that this is all fake.
Is there anyone with the same experience that can tell me how to fully integrate in a dream?

This is my title.
Sounds like you are coming extremely close to a WILD. Poke through some of the tutorials about it for advice on that last step, entering a dream from the in-between state you described. Also, look at dream stabilization techniques. They could help you as well.

Cool, I almost had a non intended WILD in I period where I wasn't really busy with lucid dreaming (too much other stuff to do, stress, ...). Looks like I'm going to continue writing down stuff in my dream journal.
