Thread: Getting stabbed/stabbing people in dreams

I actually don't think I've ever been stabbed in my dreams. Most weapon-based violence in my dreams involve guns. Even though they are usually ineffective against myself or anyone else. It's like we're shooting airsoft guns. I guess it would kinda freak me out to stab someone. Especially if they didn't die...

Last night I dreamt a Portuguese bus driver ran my friend over and so I beat him up then his friends started stabbing me with pen knives in the arm pits and it was real painful. I didnt die or anything but I was fighting for me life so I took one of their knives and I stabbed one of them about 10 times but its a horrible feeling stabbing people in dreams. They usually never die either though.

I had a dream where my uncle broke into my house and was strangling my sister, or mom.

I take a fork, that was on my desk, and stab him over.. and over again. The fork doesn't go all the way in but I can see him coughing blood, and yelling, I keep stabbing.. I then stab his face.. and his head.. it was horrible, and the knife went the deepest in the head...after the head stabbing I woke up.

I feel pain in dreams, but it's usually very muted. The one time I can recall at the moment getting "stabbed," I had some sort of sharp implement impale itself in my arm, in the skin and out (like a piercing); it didn't hurt at first, which I remarked over, but over the course of the dream it began to throb and ache. The only other time I can recall feeling pain was once when a man grabbed me by the hair and pulled on it, that hurt somewhat too. (I've probably felt pain on other occasions but can't recall it now.)

I've stabbed someone at least once in a dream, a crazy man who broke into my house and was coming at me with a knife. I feigned helplessness as I backed toward the kitchen, then grabbed a kitchen knife from the wall and jammed it into him. Oddly, I then rewound the dream and stabbed him again to get it just right. I didn't like doing it, but I was defending myself.

In a different dream I shot a guy for no particular reason, I think maybe he was a traitor or something, but I was very coldblooded about it.
