Meditation rules the nation. And if you're into experimentation, you could try Masturbation.
An easy way to meditate would be to sit somewhere comfortable (like all normal methods of meditation) and try to relax as much you can. Then imagine your thoughts as clouds, imagine them floating away, away from your mind. Do this for however long it takes to get your mind clear, then just day dream I suppose.
