no its fine, that happens to me sometimes too, its a pretty wierd feeling waking up and it feels like your one arm is dead, but if you are really worried get it checked out, couldnt hurt
Has anybody ever experienced localised Sleep Paralisys? What I mean by that is, this morning, on two separate awakenings, I woke up with no "physical" control of my right arm, all the way up to my shoulder. When I tried to move it, I felt like I was trying to move it, but nothing would physically happen. After a few moments I regained partial control and could move it to an extent, and a few moments later I regained full control but got the whole "pins-and-needles" feeling.
(btw, I was sleeping on my left arm, not the one that experienced this SP)
Is what I'm describing a form of SP? Or maybe something not so good?
