pherhaps part of your mind is in denile
I had a hook up with a girl who I started to fall for. The only problem was that she clearly did not feel the same way about me. I couldn't understand why, but I accepted it and wrote it off.
After I had decided that she wasn't going to do anything with me again, she appeared in a dream and said "I am the ONE" I started laughing at her because she sounded like Neo from the matrix.
My question is, if she clearly is not the One for me, why was my mind telling me so?

I agree with philosphiser except I wouldn't call it denial. I'd probably say its more lust for another good time
It's true that I really did (I guess still do...) want to see her again. What else can I do but accept the inevitable though? If I spend my waking life wishing that she desires me, I waste my time where I could be focusing on a different aspect of my life.
I guess i'm saying... If I made the consciouss decision that I wasn't going to think about her anymore, why would she than (for the first time, I might add) appear in my dream saying that she's 'the one'?
so weird...

i guess there is some personal-philisophical meaning as to why she is in your dreams
but
not everything in a dream can be interpreted!
i had a dream about Necco wafers teh size of frisbee's
interpret that!
seriously though. all it is is some neurons firing off in your brain
dont look to it as teh source of all knowledge
*note*^ the above comment was not meant to be hurtful, nor insulting. It is just another of my cynnical observations of fact. If you happened to be offended by my logic, too bad.
one pill makes you larger
one pill makes you small
and the pill that your mother gave you
doesn't do anything at all
go ask alice,
when shes ten feet tall
When they come for me i'll be sitting at my desk with a gun in my hand wearin a bullet proof vest
singin my my my how the time does fly when yo know your gonna die by the end of the night
There would be a lot more questions that have to be answered before you could truely have an interpretation of that dream.
"I am the ONE" could be the expression of a wish that you have - its unfullfilment gets compensated by the expression of the exact same wish in the dream. It could also be, that it is true - she really wants you now; for whatever reason.
What does it sound like, feel like to you, when you here Neo from the Matrix?
What does The Matrix in general give you, make you feel like, cause what thoughts in you?
What comes to your mind first, when you think about the dream?
But you know .. you can ask and ask, in this situation though it's the easiest if you just go and ask HER![]()
But I guess you would know if it's the expression of a wish, since you could probably tell by the way she acts and talks to you ..
It's because you want her to be the one? Dreams don't play tricks on you, dreams are just your brain that makes little movies/scenes of things you have experienced or think about during the day.
Do you still feel that writing her off was the only way for you to act? Does this dream inspire you to ask her how she feels now?
hmmm dreams are if I recall based of ones desire usually, any how the real question you should be asking your self what does your "heart" say/feel when your near her? have you ever thought about that? I too often has this sort of dream only in a different situation...
