I have always been able to recall most of my dreams every night which I really hate as they are usually so weird.
For past couple of years I have dreamt nearly every ngiht of animals. Mostly the animals are friendly or certainly no threat and often they are just on the periphery of the dream. Past few months as well as the dogs cats cows I have also being dreaming of rats every few nights. They are awlays friendly and no threat to me but in the dream I always think oh no not dreaming about rats again and then wake up so of course I remember them clearly. I once read that dreaming of rats can be linked to death as well as other things like deceit etc. I only started dreaming about rats after I had read a dream dictionery and every night i go to bed thinking I hope i don't dream about rats and wonder if this obsession is cause of my dreaming about them.
I am a very anxious female who is also going throught the menopause so hormones are haywire and I know my hormones affect my dreams as they have done so all my life in a regular cycle when I had regular cycles
Can anyone give me moreexplanation of what the rat dreams my mean.
