Reply With QuoteWhen falling asleep one sees hypnagogic pictures. Those pictures are symbols for the state of consciousness that alters right when you see the pics - you leave consciousness to go to the unconsciousness.
When being stoned, I can see those pictures a lot easier .. they are way more vivid and appear for a much longer time - almost a story gets formed .. then I fall asleep ... next morning I have a very bad recall ...
But weed seems to emphasize the moment when falling asleep...

The last few weeks i have been experimenting with smoking weed and going directly to sleep minutes after. I find the weed makes you kind of drowsy anyway. The state that im in isn't really sleeping though, i just close my eyes and drift of, im still kind of awake, but i can entirely lose contant and forget about my surroundings. I then begin to dream about smiling clouds and dancing things, its really quite trippy.
Would this be considered like a pre-rem dream or a closed eye hallucination or what would it be called and what is exactly happening?--

Seriously though I don't smoke anymore except for on 'special occasions', so I'll have to try that out next time!
