      I thought I was going to die

      soooo

      like 2 weeks ago i was dreaming that i was talking with some random dude.. and i suddenly fainted because he had a smelly breath or something.. then i woke up in real life.. but i coudnt move.. or breath or wathever O.o i wanted to scream or something but i coudnt.. then after like 5-10 seconds i could breath again and i was like WTF WAS THAT?! ._.

      i told this to a friend of mine.. and he was like.. z0mg that is like out-of-body-experience!

      so.. a few days ago.. i had this dream.. i was sitting in the kitchen, eating diner with my sis and dad ( idk where my mum was ? ) and then i said.. "dam i'm gonna faint!" and i fainted.. again! and well i woke up again in real life.. same story, coudnt move coudnt breath but now i thought of this out-of-body-experience.. so i said to myself lets try it.. but as soon as i thought this.. i felt like.. energy or life or so flowing out of me and i got scared as shit i thougt i was going to die or something.. so i was like COME BACK COME BACK.. then i felt energie flowing in again and i totaly woke up, like being able to move again..

      soo i searched on the internet and i think "sleep paralyze" or something like that is what happened to me ? is this true?

      and i was wondering.. this energy i felt flowing out of me.. is it really this out-of-body-experience? or am i gonna die or someing if i continue doing it? o,o haha idk! =p

      It is called sleep paralysis or SP and that what happens but no worries, you wont die but I will like to note that during SP , you may experience hallunctions but it is ok. And I believe you had a out of body eperience or OBE and again , you wont die.
