Hey there,

I wake up with a song in my head just about every day. Usually they're songs I've heard fairly recently (during the last seven days), sometimes they're songs that I haven't heard for years and make me remember "I have to listen to that again".

I'll usually not be aware of it right away, as I tend to get ready for work early morning, and try to write in my dreamjournal on this forum first. But then as I'm walking to work I'll have this song in my head that just won't go away. And I don't listen to the radio or music in the morning, so I'm pretty sure it's from my dreams.

This morning, it's a song from Paradise Lost. I was listening to a new cd I got from the group yesterday, but the song I have in my head now is one from their earlier cd's that I haven't listened to in a bit.

I have not heard that song in ages! So i dont know why, maybe i did but didnt notice if that makes sense O.o

Yeah, sure do. They're usually songs I've heard when I was growing up. They can be random ones I haven't heard forever.

What i thought was kind of funny was just the other day i woke up and heard the song "Good Morning" By Kanye West.

Hmmm..I've woken with absolutely ridiculous tunes going in my head of heads...the lyrics were "Puerto Rico" and went on forever to a nice reggae beat....I woke laughing as I was into it in the dream but awake I thought "Wtf?"

That happens to me alot. The strange thing is, is that its usually a pop song on the radio, and I never listen to pop music, or the radio. Its mostly like a stupid brittany spears song, or that soulja boi song. How random.

It doesn't happen to me often. Though, I woke up today with Liar by Emilie Autumn in my head.

Yeah, sometimes the first thing i think of is the "YOOOUUUU!" in Crank That.

I don't get these wake-up-with-a-song-in-your-head dreams very often, but it never fails to amuse me when they do happen.

Last one was "Bohemian rhapsody" by queen.

I wouldn't call it a song, but it goes something along the lines of:

I don't wanna wake up
Wanna stay in bed
Fuck school and work
I wish I was dead

Heh.. I play mucis 24/7 in my apartment. So I woke up with the one playing I guess..

Gusty Galaxy music from Super Mario Galaxy. I have been playing this game non-stop and i fell in love with the track. I guess it would explain the dreams ive been having (met miyamoto in a dream, playing the game, talking bout the game, etc.)

yeah that happens to me too i remember when i was in juve i would wake up with songs stuck in my head alot but the thing was i couldnt listen to music in there but this mornig i woke up with chased through the woods by a rapist, wierd....

I don't think I woke up to a song in my head today. Though, yesterday I woke up to that song "feel it" by Jakalope.
