I wouldn't call it a nightmare. Just a crazy dream concering probably the closest members of your family. Too much preocupation of things going on correctly at home?
Heya,
When I was very little... I think maybe seven (okay, it's little to me!I had this one dream for the first time.
I start off looking at the door on the inside of my bathroom. I walk through it and am suddenly in 3rd person walking in a large, wooden room with a staircase in the middle. This was in a side view, like a GameBoy or something.
Then I enter my entry/living room with all my old furniture there. The view turns back to 1st person.
My sister is doing cartwheels and back flips from behind the couch. [It was weird, because she seemed the normal size and the couch seemed bigger, but she was larger than the couch when in real life she wasn’t. I'm sorry if that doesn’t make sense... It doesn't to me, either.] I look over and see my brother in the old chair and decide to sit on it with him - wait! I'm already sitting in the chair! I'm guessing that I was sitting on my sister's lap because when I looked down, I saw her legs, not my brothers'. So I'm looking down with my arms up (sort of like when a monkey is scratching their sides) and my sister's arms come around and pat my belly saying: "My bel-lay!" in a deep, raspy voice. It's quite a scarring voice if you've heard it. I remember waking up crying.
When I was little, it was scary. Then I've had it at least five times over the years. 'Tis not much, but why over such a long period of time?
I haven’t had it yet in this year, but it usually comes around Christmas time.
You may be asking your computer; "If you haven't had it yet this year, how do you know that it isn't gone for good already?" It's because I have a feeling that I haven't seen the last of this dream, and thinking about it every time I have a dream doesn't feel right.
Any advice on how to permanently rid of this dream?.. or maybe a reason why I had it in the first place?

I'm tired being sorry.
Just a guess but it feels like this may point to identity issues that may be surfacing for healing. Are you the oldest, by any chance? Maybe took care of your siblings? If so, may point to not having enough space to be yourself.
Otherwise, could be some struggle to be your own person, apart from family identity.
No, none of that.I wouldn't call it a nightmare. Just a crazy dream concering probably the closest members of your family. Too much preocupation of things going on correctly at home?[/b]
I would call it a nightmare because I remember being very scared. The second time and on from that, I wasnt scared.
I'm the youngest. I have plenty of room to be myself, cept for the "say everything at the same time" thing I sometimes have with them. Other than that and a few personality and genetic traits we all inherited, I'm completely different.
Thank you for your replies! Greatly appreciated![]()
I had a similar dream once. I was sitting on my couch and I heard my moms voice over and over saying "Go to sleep Rob" and then it got annoying because she kept saying it and I told her to stop and then her voice got all...f***ed up!
It was really creepy.

Thats creepy right there. But do you ever lucid during this dream? If so I can help.![]()
Can you try to go into that same scenario while being lucid? Go into a WILD and then spin while thinking of your sister doing her cartwheels. As soon as you see your sister doing cartwheels try to change the dream by going into another room or just takeing control of the situation. This will take some work on your part but It will be well worth it. You could change the outcome of your dream.
