Thread: The dream that caused my first SP

I can still remember the dream that caused my first sleep paralysis experience.
It happened about 7 months ago or so. I was walking on a dark street in an unknown little village, and I saw a truck. I got curious about what is in the truck. So I peeked into it and there was a barrel. I peeked into the barrel and then I saw a corpse. It looked like a "normal murdered man's corpse", and it was dead for quite long. But for some reason, the vision of that corpse scared the living s*** out of me. And then in an instant, I felt a great chill, which I have never felt before, and I heard a scary beep noise, getting louder and louder. Then suddenly I felt being knocked out of the dream, and I found myself in my bed, but the vision of the corpse was still before my eyes. I couldn't move and I became very scared. I was shouting for help, but all I could do is to moan silently. Then after minutes it was over. I thought I was going to die.

Anyways I tell you two more SP related nightmares.

Dream 2

I was in a house far away from my actual home, but I thought that house is my new home. It was dark, and I felt that "it's not my space", but someone else's. I became scared, and then SP started again. I tried keeping my eyes open, but I regret it. I saw a homeless man, with a dark face, lying against my wall, and it was so real, that it was more real than reality itself. Then I closed my eyes, and I somehow fell back asleep...

Dream 3

In this dream, I suddenly realized, that I am on a beach, and I am dying. And that's it. I only knew that I am on a beach, and I am dying. I didnt even know if I was a boy or girl. I didn't know anything about myself or the universe. I lost all my memories, and knowledge. I had no emotion, maybe just "all hope is lost" kinda emotion. And in the background, I heard the scary beep, but it didn't matter. But then it got louder, and I woke up, and SP started again. The figures on my curtain became horrible creatures, and was staring at me. Then I got out of bed, and was crawling on the floor to my mom's bed, and I asked her if I could sleep with her. But then I found myself back in my bed, still in Sleep Paralysis. It repeated over and over, till I woke up in the morning. It was such a relief....
