In fact we all are going to die one day this way or another. Life full of fear is not a life, and besides what's the good of thinking about the death. You'd better concentrate on how to improve your current affairs, so maybe this dream is a warning that you should be more cautious.

When I was a kid, it was always my mother, and when I got older and started driving, that changed. I am usually the driver now in my dreams. But I don't know.. if it's all about dying. Because not all of the dreams involve dying. Once the car landed and I was perfectly safe and began exploring the area we landed in. Sometimes I wake up when the car goes off the road. I've always figured it was about control. The wheels of a car can be hard to control, since when you are in the car you can't see them to know exactly where they are. If someone else is driving, then I can't control the car at all.

And for being cautious, behind the wheel I am usually very careful. It isn't just the possibility of my making mistakes but, a lot of OTHER drivers around my godforsaken town drive crazy. I've had a few close calls where being cautious has saved my life or at the least a few limbs.

As you say that is not about dying. It's about controling you waking life intensity. While you're by the wheel it is all up to you BUT, when it comes too close to a "cliff" you're no more in control of the car, your life's affairs are at risk ...
That's what I meant being cautious.

Now is 2 a.m. in Europe, my mind gets slower in reasoning...so maybe I also go to bed and who knows? A sort of crazy driving in my dreams?
