Thread: Fear for no reason? Or the darkness?

I had this dream a fair while back. I was standing on the side of our varandah (it goes around 3 sides of our house) I couldn't see much, it was the middle of the night and there was no moon that i could see. I had just walked out of the door and looked to the corner of the varandah. I could not see anything but darkness, but i felt and indescribable sence of fear. The urge to get away was increadible. I tried to turn back to get inside, back into the light. But the darkness drew me in, bringing me closer and closer. The fear grew, untill eventually I awoke.

Anyone else have a similar experience?
