Ignore it. Ghosts don't like it and they disperse sooner or later.

I keep having dreams of sleeping or laying on my bed when a ghost walks in my room and touches or attacks me. It scares me so much that I wake up for real and cannot get back to sleep because I am so spooked.
I have only recently started having nightmares like this and I cannot think of a reason for it. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Is there any explaination for it? Or any way to make them stop?

I'm tired being sorry.

I'm with Rav. If you pay it no atention, it should go away.
However it also could be a good time to RC when you see one![]()

Introduce yourself.....?

Some are born to endless night.

Thank you for your ideas, guys. I will attempt an RC the next time I see a ghost.
Or try and introduce myself, lol!![]()

The ghosts are coming for you.
RUNZ AWAYZ
Our dreams are firsthand creations, rather than residues of waking life. We have the capacity for infinite creativity.
I for one, would tell them that you are head of household and they are not welcome here anymore. And to fuck off. Thats what I do, if I feel evil spirts lurking about.

Just had a ghost dream last night, where they were pushing, and poking me, holding me down, pulling at my blankets.
WHen i woke, I remembered reading something about getting too much sleep and dreaming of ghosts. Or did I dream that as well...
Anyone ever come across anythign like that? That too much sleep brings on ghost dreams? It's getting harder to tell dreams from reality these days

If you don't want this ghost to be around you, like Keeper said: "tell it to fuck off."
Though, I think there would be some fun to ask what the ghost wants.
I remember from my own experience that I was laying in bed and it was completely dark. I felt this presence in my room and somehow it knew I was awake. It kept saying" it's ok, don't worry, don't be scared. yeah I got scared and woke up. I wish I could have found out what it was doing in my room.
Though, if you're not interested tell it to fuck off , that should solve the problem![]()
wait..all of these experiences are dream ghosts??![]()
whats a dream ghost look like?
becuase normally in the waking world what defines a ghost experience as a ghost experience as that the strange person in your room disappears before your eyes. normally they dont look any different from you or I! *contrary to tv most ghost sightings are not see-through*
hmmm...have you guys looked into sleep paralysis? it could be another form of the hag?

i used to have scary dreams and i would be too scared to go back to sleep, but i told myself i wouldn't have any more bad dreams and very rarely will i have a bad one.lol, sounds kind of simple, but i kind of convinced myself that i don't have to dream something that i don't want to.

The kid in that gets rid of the ghosts by giving them his time and asking what they want. I haven't had any ghost dreams but when finally did snap into lucid dreaming it was because I stopped running from things and started confronting them.
You may not be able to banish them straight away I wouldn't advise you try. Instead why not try asking if you could "just be friends". It worked for me and I know it's worked for others.
Expect the unexpected - when it arrives ask it if you are dreaming.
personally, if i was put into this situation then i would use it as a dream sign, turn lucid and literally tear it to shreds....or if that doesnt work, set it on fire ....or something...

I have not had any dreams with ghosts since I originally posted this thread, but thank you everyone for your input. I think now that I may have been experiencing a mild form of sleep paralysis which was likely aggravated by stress from my waking life, or something.![]()

I actually had a dream about ghosts once. I remember one of them coming in my room and taping me on my back and trying to scare me. In my dream, I threw myself out of my bed yelling and screaming at the ghost, and it ran away. HAHAHA
BTW, I never had a ghost dream ever again...

Definetly, you can become lucid if you do a reality check. If it happens often, that could be your cue, and you could have incredible LD's.
