Do you remember many dreams from your childhood? Perhpas you have had them and blocked them out. I don't have them often, but I think if you have a high dream recall rate you will notice that everyone has nightmares.
I cant think of one nightmare i have ever had. Has anyone else not had any nightmares? sometimes i kinda want to have one to see what its like.. I don't really get scared very easily.. Interesting.. Everyone else?

I'm sure you could induce them, if you tried hard enough, just to see what they are like. It depends on how twisted your mind could get. I'm sure there are more than enough situations you could be in that could scare the Hell out of you.
Watch some random horror movies with the intention on bringing some of the concepts into your dreams; the more twisted, the better. This is called "dream incubation" really focus on relating what you are seeing to dream experiences. Assert to yourself that you will dream about some of the things you see. Your mind will (should) find a way of applying those concepts to realistic nightmare scenarios. If creative enough, you may find yourself in some experiences that you'd wish like Hell that you could get out of.![]()

And the closer to bed time you watch horror movies, the better, as the memories will remain fresh. Also, watch them alone; it is not scary at all watching horror movies when someone else is watching with you.
