Nightmares more depressing than scary Last night I had a series of nightmares that were very depressing. Some forced me to relive my saddest moments.
Can lucid dreaming help with these kind of nightmares too?

Actual nightmares are very rare for me. I have some dreams, that are depressing, and I feel lonely, fatigued. These are like nightmares for me.

Hell, if you're lucid, just change the scene to something more happy or relaxing.
