      Exclamation Precognitive Nightmare? Please HELP!

I had this really freaky dream about my niece falling from a verandah to her death.

We were playing at my sister's house (my niece's mum) and then we were away to go somewhere so I went into another room to get ready and I suddenly heard my niece screaming for help from her mum and then silence.
I looked all over the house for and even screamed her name.
I woke up with a jolt and instantly knew what had happened - she had fallen from the verandah.

This dream has me rattled and I'm constantly worried about my niece, albeit she is nine and so isn't dumb enough to fall from a verandah, but I've had similar dreams in the past that would have came true, if it hadn't been for my prevention. Does anyone think this dream was precognitive?

Anyway, I told my sister's fiance to keep my niece and her brother and sister away from the verandah just to be on the safe side, but I'm still terrified in case something like it happens.

I've had precognitive dreams and nightmares before, so I won't tell you it is just a dream. If you really do think this may have been a precognitive nightmare, don't ignore it. I personally belive that the main reason we sometimes have precognitive dreams is so we can prevent disaster. It is good that you warned your family to keep her away from verandas.

Think about the past precognitive dreams you've had. How much time was there between the dream and the actual event? For me, if it is a danger, the dream usually comes a week or less before the event. Were you there for the actual event or did you hear about it from others? Look at the past for clues as to what you can do.

Remember that more than half of the trick to avoiding disater is to know it is coming. I wish you and your family good luck. Hopefully it is just a nightmare that will never come true!

Thank you, I'll remember your tips from now on.

The previous dream was about my parents plitting up. It was scary and about a week or so later it almost happened. Luckily I managed to convince my mum to stay...otherwise everything would be different.
