I'm by no means a computer/internet expert, but I think your dial-up connection speed can only go as fast as the phone line will allow. It is probably capable of faster speeds than you're getting, but you are bottle-necked by the phone line.

Anyway, Being the location that we are in, We can not get DSL. Lol, That's so messed up. Thanks for the replys.
