      Mcafee and uninstalling

      So I have Mcafee on my computer and now I have AVG because I hate Mcafee, well apparently it hates me too because I can't uninstall the damn thing... can someone please help me uninstall this thing? I tried going into control panel and went into remove programs but apparently that didnt work.
