Hard drives have a pretty standard interface, both Windows and OSX have generic drivers that will work with most parts, just not as well as the right driver. You should be able to find the diver on the maker's website. Find out what the make of the laptop that the drive came out of and look for that, the company probably doesn't have them by part but rather by computer.

Oooh, you need drivers for everything else on your system, not the drive itself

Doesn't look like e-system even makes computers, they seem to sell other people's computers. Find out who make the guts of the computer, it should be in your user manual.

Check out Device Manager to find out the maker of the individual components you need drivers for, then search the manufacturer's (of the individual components) support site for driver downloads for each part. It takes a bit of time, but you should be able to find everything you need without issue. I've had to do this a few times myself.

Don't use WMP is the simplest solution. It really is a terrible media player.

Are you trying to play music or video files?

For music use WinAMP and for videos use VLC media player.

VLC is the way to go, honestly. Though instead of WinAmp, you might check out Foobar2000 and Quintessential Media Player.
