Dats a worm.
Could be a Rome Apple that is very over-ripe.
So, my brother and his wife thought it would be a nice gift to bring me a nice big bag of freshly picked apples. and it was....
But the strangest thing was laying in the bag, an apple the color of a plum.
I bit into it and to my suprise it tasted like a plum and apple both. It even had the red veins through it like a plum does. Also, if you let it get on anything it stains like a plum. It was amazing the taste of a plum and apple at the same time. It was truely a fruit of the gods...
Can someone please tell me what they are called and that you can purchase them somewhere, I would hate to think that it was the only one ever... PLEASE HELP DV

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
Hmm, try doing a google search for plum apples (or Black Apples) or something like that. Some of my favorite fruits are varieties of plums...like red plums...it's as though they literally drip red juice like blood onto everything so you have to be careful where you eat them (I like to eat in bed and that's a problem lol). I also love pluots, which are a hybrid of a plum and apricot. They are amazing! I'm not sure what can make some fruits black, but my dad is growing black tomatoes (technically a fruit) and they taste wonderful.
You haven't tried asking your brother and his wife, have you? Like where they got the apples and such?

Surrender your flesh. We demand it.
That's all I've got.
I must admit, I would have never bitten into a black apple until I found out why it was black.

MMmmmm black apples.

Blacker than that?
I'm super curious now, too! I love trying weird fruits. There's this one apple that looks all innocent on the outside, but when you cut it open, it's naturally blood red. Mwaha!
I thought maybe it was an apple-plum hybrid, but I can't find any info on that...
