This is not so much about induction techniques, but it's a series of movies by a man called Stephen Berlin. His lucid dream discourses videos are very informative and insightful.![]()

hi, When i do a WBTB i always struggle to find an hours worth of reading about lucidity.
is there any chance some one could record themselves or another talking about lucid dreaming and induction techneques to make WBTBs more effective?
Would you be able to PM me the result as I would be very interested as im sure others would be as well.

the way I learned about lucid dreaming was by reading a fiction book about it. It's not like the kind of book that teaches you how to lucid dream or anything, it's just a novel about a girl that learns how. It may not be the best book ever, and it's pretty short, but it's about lucid dreaming, so maybe you'd be interested. It's called the missing girls by louis metzger

I would have hoped so much isn't nesacarry. I haven't tried this technique yet but if it were me I may just contemplate what to do in my next lucid dream. But theres a massive chance I'd be too lazy so in that case... I'd log onto DV!
