I was going to say i think meditation is a good start to slow down time, to un-viel the illusion of time. Im not sure about making time go faster.
Time is subjective, 30 min to me might be 2 hours for you -It depends on your awareness.

I was going to see how the easiest way to get your mind off of time is, and then the easiest way to put your mind on time, (thinking about it should make it seem slower)
