      Can anyone help me WILD?

      I was very close to acheiving it 2 nights ago but that was because i was uber tired because i had a track meet earlier,so any advice on how to get this close again?

      Your best bet would be to read the tutorials on this website. They are able to outline the process fairly well. The problem is that there isn't just one way to WILD. Some people try to use visualizations, others try to use Sleep Paralysis, and others try to use counting or Binural Beats. It mostly just depends on which technique you prefer.

      keep track of what works for you. Sleeping position...breathing, what you're thinking, if you alternate methods ect.

      Try to remember what was going on before you got close and make note of it. Try it again, next time....see if you get closer faster, or if it actually works. If not....try tweaking it again, and start over, and remember what worked that time.

      You may find out that certain things you did in various attempts got you from certain points better than others. Keep that in mind, and then stick to it for a while. It took me a couple of months of trial and error before I had my first real WILD, and two years later, it's still kinda hit or miss for me.
