Congrats!!feels good doesn't it, lol.
After 23 days of practising, trying to wake up at 4:30 AM and failing, I have finally succeeded in WILD.
The partial reason of it is that I woke up naturally several minutes before my alrm went off. I stayed awake for 40 minutes and went back to bed. I wasn't sleepy anymore and it took me some time to find the right position , but in the end I started hearing vague noise around me . Then it seemed the noise was transformed into something else , and I felt that long awaited feeling of sinking. My heart started pounding like crazy .
The dream didn't last long enough, but it's okay. Whenever I have normal dreams, all the enviroment is familiar, but in this dream I was in a place I've never seen before , and it was beautiful. I saw a very tall building and decided to jump from the top of it.
The problem with my lucid dreaming is that I instantly know it is a dream, but it takes so much more to be in control. I was afraid I wouldn't want to jump once i was at the top of the building. It was a very parisian hotel of some sorts. There was a long staircase and I climbed it up (it was illogical because my journey was too short compared to the height of that building) and then I was on the top. It was a very sunny day, I could see a park and a lot of buildings. I looked down. I was in a ridiculous height. Then I went to the opposite side of the roof and ran . Falling down was such a good feeling, nothing bad happened when I reached the ground, it was as if it softly embraced me. I giggled and wanted to do that again but I couldn't find the staircase when I went back to the hotel and then I woke up.

Lucid dreams, gotta love em.

I envy you wish I could realize I am dreaming like you do. But.....am getting there andI just have to be patience. Congrats though

Keep at it! What do you think you did differently this time as opposed to the other times? I need to really train myself to go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time like you do.
I don't know how to explain, I just succeeded in WILD method. Funny how the very first time I tried to lucid dream I succeeded and got terribly scared. After that it took me nearly a month to make WILD happen.
I think you just need to find the right schedule of sleeping, I'd go to bed at 00:00 and wake up at 4:30 AM . I must say it's much better when you develop a habit to wake up naturally at that time .
What methods do you use?

Well actually I just bought a sleeping mask and really good ear plugs today. This will definitely help me in general when it comes to LDing I think. I'm going to try and WILD at around 4 hours after I go to sleep. I'll use a computer alarm clock that will hopefully help, go back to sleep and reverse blink if I have to. All I gotta worry about is swallowing.
Last night I tried to WILD when I went to sleep and I was sure I was in the theta stage. There were subtle noises but I know I'm close because my body had this urge to move. I resisted long and hard but it became too much. I won't give up! haha
Most importantly, don't give up and don't care too much about it at the same time.
Oh and i know the urge to move is usually unbearable, it just really depends what is your favorite sleeping position. When I lay on my back I get those urges so intense that the uncomfortable feeling becomes pain-like sensation . I sleep in a freefaller position (what's up with those names?haha) although I don't think it's healthy.

Free faller position? What's that? Also, what's your avatar from? Sleeping on my back was not how I was raised to sleep. My momma always put me on my belly :^p so it's extra hard to wild like that.

I wish people understood that it's okay to move during a WILD. You're gonna keep yourself awake by being uncomfortable like that.
Why is it that everyone assumes they have to stay painfully still?? Where does that shit come from?? Staying still is A way to WILD, not THE way to WILD.
Lucid dreams, gotta love em.
Free faller position is sleeping on your belly. Funny how you don't find it comfortable whereas I think it's the least annoying sleeping position.
And yeah,I think swallowing is okay, it's not as distracting as moving/rolling over/changing your position. But you have to be still, and it will be neither painful nor uncomfortable if you relax.
Oh, and my avatar is (obviously) a gif of Bob Dylan taken from a documentary, perhaps? I'm not too sure. It could be Don't Look Back.
