very slowly. The general rule of thumb is as follows:
1-6 reps increases strength
6-20 reps increases bulk
20+ reps increases endurance
So if you are looking to get ripped, biking isn't the way. It is still very good for the whole lower body and cario-vascular system. I should start doing it again myself. At any rate, Its a spectrum so you will see some bulk gain and some strength gain as well. On days when you can't ride, check the video for bulk building.
If you can do more than 20 reps, add weight.
