If you're into pirating, check out the Everlast Boxing Workout. I've got it on my PC, and it's pretty good shit. I'll probably be doing a couple of drills, before I go to bed tonight.

I imagine that you would want to look up functional strength training. A big difference is that it emphasizes using your own body weight whenever possible and avoids 'maxing out' due to the fact that doing so can cause nerve damage which can slow reflexes. I imagine pushups would be pretty central. If you put your hands as far down along the length of your body as you can, it emphasizes your triceps which is a muscle that would be pretty key for boxing. With functional strength training, your muscles wont get as large but they will be fairly big, stronger than bodybuilding muscles and fast.

Rope skipping for foot work.
One legged squats for strength and balance.
Burpees and pushup variations for endurance.
It's best to combine these exercises with shadow boxing.
E.g. 3 minutes of shadow boxing, 20-30 burpees, 3 more minutes of shadow boxing.
