      Quick Question Needing An Answer

      Just a quick question..

      My upper body is pretty strong for the most part, but I because i am still under weight, my chest muscles could use some work..

      I am just curious on what the best way to build up chest muscles is...

      I've heard doing push ups, or another option is bench pressing?

      What do you people suggest?

      Pushups, Bench press, incline bench, decline bench, flys, free weight bench, free weight incline, free weight declines...Tons of stuff to do, although pushups will suffice if you dont have access to a gym. Just make sure to keep your hands as close to your hips as comfortabely possible and keep your elbows parallel to your body (Not pointing out)
