I'm not a doctor but I do have some questions.

      How is your posture generally?

Have you had anybody massage your back. If so, was it somebody good and did it make a temporary difference?

Have you tried googling around to figure it out? What sort of hits do you get when you do this?

I had a girlfriend that used to get terrible back pains and for her, it was because her stomach muscles were too weak so that her back muscles were not balanced out. I'm not saying that this is the situation for you but it could be.

I have back problems as well, epicdreamer. Right now, due in part to a lack of exercise, my back is extremely weak, and it's currently out. day before yesterday I spent all day hunched to one side because there was a pinched nerve in my lower back, and right now I'm about three inches shorter than I should be because my spine is compressed.

Exercises, specifically sit-ups/crunches and chin-ups, are a huge help for me. They help to strengthen my back to a point that once I get it set by a chiropractor, it will hold itself in place as it should. It still is a problem, but much, much more minor once I'm in shape.

Luckily, my pain tolerance is pretty good. It hurts like hell those first few days of doing crunches, though; worse than your back hurts now. But there IS a noticeable return. I hope you can get this straightened out soon.

P.S.: You said you've been to doctors, but have you seen a chiropractor? They would be better able to help with something like this.

My posture is pretty good, yes I've had one massage professionally done and it did relax me but when i got home and sat down Bam! i could feel the knots starting again.
My best friend usually gives me massages and I'm screaming in pain because shes trying to get all the knots out.
Googling yes but I'm not even sure thats reliable.
I haven't been to the chiropractor because my parents wont allow me they think they wont help anything.
Just yesterday i asked my father to go to a doctor or a chiropractor he said no because he thinks they wont help me.
      ...
then what are doctors and chiropractors for?
thats why i came to this because i might get an answer.
I don't do any physical sport I'm not over weight of obese i am a couple of kilos under my weight should be actually.
i can never work with a pain free back.
I am always taking medicine drugs to help it and i have just realized the past week it hasn't been working as well as it use to.

sounds like you pull your muscles extremely easy, or something is wrong with your discs. you should request an x-ray next time a big knot appears. if it's nothing serious, they will probably just put you on some kind of opiate painkiller.

My brother taught me something very valuable a while back. If your hamstrings (or muscles they are connected to) are really tight, they will pull on your back muscles and make your back hurt. Try toe touch stretching. Don't jerk your muscles and pull them, though. Do it gradually and safely. Also stretch your anke muscles, calves, butt muscles, neck mucles, AND back muscles. Stretch them a lot. It might make a huge difference. It did for me.

This probably has a lot to do with how you sit and sleep. Be very careful of your sitting posture whenever you sit in a chair or drive in a car. It is especially hard to have good posture in a car. Try to remember to really stick your butt out when you sit. Keep the natural curve of your lower back, and don't hunch your lower spine or your shoulder blades.

Do you sleep on your stomach? This causes a lot of problems for your back. Laying on your stomach with your head propped up puts compression on your spine, and encourages your back muscles to shorten, like UM mentioned. I started getting terrible lower back pain even though I exercise regularly. I finally pinpointed it to my sleeping position. I was rolling onto my stomach during my sleep. I've switched to sleeping on my side, and my back pain disappeared.

As people have mentioned, be sure to exercise. You want to keep your muscles strong and flexible. Abs, shoulders, and hamstrings are all needed to support your back.

Do you sit in one place for long periods of time, either at work or in front of a video game? Be sure to get up frequently and move around. Change positions a lot. Your back relies on movement for it's circulation. You need to move around to get blood flowing back there.

I'm not a big fan of chiropractors. Many of them are quacks who believe B.S. like cracking your joints will keep you from getting the flu. Even if you do find a good one, they will just treat the symptoms of your problems, not cure the cause. Look at your daily behavior to find the cause of the problem. Once you eliminate it, you will heal up in no time.
