      Yay.. Melatonin!

      Lollzz! I just took 18mg of Melatoninand 200mg of B6 + MultiVitamins. Lets see if I sleep amazing.

      I did some research, generally, as a supplement, people take 3mg plus 100mg of B-6

      I read that the tolerance limit is 12-25..

      Haha.. We will see what the results are by morning.

      18mg? Holy shit man are you crazy? The most I've ever taken is about 6mg and that completely knocked me out.

      I think you'll need to have quite a long sleep to get any results from that much? Either way, best of luck to you!

      With Melatonin you can take up to 50 mg without any harm. I had to take 20mg to feel anything. I tried it last night too. But not with the B6. I didn't go lucid but I had a rowdy dream.

      You wasted Melatonin. The most you can take is like.. 6mg? Any more and your body will just flush it out. Same goes with 5-HTP (except taking a lot more than the recommended dose of 5-HTP can have some really horrible effects). Your body only needs so much of a certain chemical that it makes, if it detects any more, it basically just flushes it out with in an hour or so. And yes, tolerance builds pretty quickly. Just do it on weekend nights. I don't recommend doing it during school nights, it will completely disrupt your sleep schedule.. and possibly make you over sleep and be late to school. Not sure if you're in school though. But just limit it to a few nights a week if that, and also just keep the dosages to 3mg - 6mg (3mg - 12mg maybe?). Those dosages are with little to no tolerance though. So I guess if you use it habitually, naturally you'll have to take more. But any more than that won't make a difference, if you aren't taking it on a regular basis.

      You aren't trying to get high off it, right?

      You can take more than that, like I said, your body will just flush it out, with out even metabolizing it.

      No I wasn't trying to get high off of it =\ and no i'm not in school. Everything works differently with different individual people. I tried the recommended dose of 6mg and it had no affect. Same with 10mg. So I tried 20 and barley had any results, but indeed did. I'm an experimentalist thus I haven't any tolerance for Melatonin. Read the side effects of Melatonin (Vivid dreams/lucid dreams) and wanted to try it out. Got two containers for the price of one (I probably won't even get through half of one.) Ignorance and statistics do not mix.

      A natural high tolerance isn't possible or did you not consider all the factors? It's like two people who start drinking alcohol (assuming you know since you're probably 16 or 17 if that). If I was to start drinking right now for the first time and so was my friend Robert our natural tolerance would (haha) naturally be different. I'm 6'2, 180 pounds when I started drinking it took about 10 beers to get a buzz, when it took my friend Robert (5'8 165lb) about 5, if that lmao.

      It reflects off of "EVERYTHING works differently with different individual people." Same goes with Lucid dreaming, such as WILD's may work for you better than for me. And DILD's work better for me than you. Different peope, different affects. That's why the brain and human race is so fascinating to begin with.

      Omg!!! That was by-far the WORST night of sleep I have had in a while. I would wake up, and just lay there. It was as if I was awake, and yet asleep. I would simply just be thinking about my day, people, or past dreams. I wasn't completely conscious however. I was very restless. As I looked back at the clock, 3hrs had gone by =O. I had one dream (usually I have about 5), and in the dream, I was partially awake.

      Its really hard to explain. I thought I would either be knocked out and have an amazing sleep, increase my dream count / recall, or even lucid easier. No, No, and No. I was left with being semi-awake all night, and more tired then I would be normally.

      This EXACT thing happens to me.

      There's a magical dose that works wonders for me, but if I take too much I actually lose sleep exactly how you described. I get restless, i try to relax but never fall asleep like normal. I used to do 5mg and then tried 10mg one night and it was horrible.

      I actually think I only need 2-3mg, cause i took something with a mix of melatonin and other stuff and that shit knocked me out!
