It's funny that some of these "scary" disorders are what we strive to achieve. |

DILD's = 2, WILD's = 0
I can't believe they didn't include Sleep Apnea, where you stop breathing once you fall sleep. That one's gotta suck big time. |
Yeah, sleep apnea is definitely more spooky than insomnia. |
When I was little, quite often I would wake up after a little sleep, and experience either exploding head syndrome, or hyper-acuteness of the senses. Every little, miniscule noise such as turning in bed, moving my sheets, even breathing, would become so unbearably loud. It was like I was in a monster truck stadium or something ridiculously noisy! I couldn't stand it, and I would cry, trying not to make too much noise. Nothing could be processed in my brain because of the loudness. An odd experience if I do say so myself. |
Well I can see how sleepwalking could be spooky to someone observing it, but I used to sleepwalk all the time and it never bothered me. I don't see how insomnia is spooky at all. |
There is some sort of disorder I think it's called chronic insomnia. In which one lacks the ability to sleep whatsoever. This debilitating disorder often results in death over the course of months as the patients organs begin to shutdown from exhaustion. I think that's pretty spooky. |
