      My Friend's dream

      Hi, been trying to help my friend with her dream. She has an occurring dream where when she is in a car is always driving backwards and she hears...I can't go back, I can't go back.

      In her second dream, she dreams she loses her dog or any person, item and she hears the words Lost, lost.

      Any suggestions I can help her with? Thanks so much!

      Maybe she... Fears something in her past.

      Maybe she... Fears losing someone/has lost someone.

      If they're reoccurring dreams, she could remember to reality check when in those situations, and become lucid. Because these dreams sound pretty boring.

      And remember, she is her own best dream interpreter. Maybe suggest that she write down her dreams to reveal patterns in her thinking.
