How long have you been trying? Have you even started a Dreamjournal or tried any other techniques?

There is no need to be scared of SP. You have it every night, every time you have a dream. You just don't notice it, because by then your mind is asleep as well. In WILDing, you do notice SP, because you let your body fall asleep first, while you keep our mind awake. SP can feel anywhere from feeling like you have a heavy blanket over you, to not being able to move, or just with some effort. You can also experience some hallucinations.

But if you don't want to feel SP, you can try another technique to get a lucid dream - DILD. With this technique, you just fall asleep normally and when in regular dream you realize that you are dreaming. For this to happen, you have to train your mind by doing reality checks, mantras and awareness training. And having a good recall of your dreams is a must. Writing in dream journal can help you with that.

So check out the DV Wiki in the top nav bar for DILD and WILD tutorials. Then post your questions. Happy dreams

First off, do not be scared of SP; if you are scared of SP, you may have a scary experience. Second, I personally haven't had much luck with WILD; some people have great luck with it, but don't be disappointed if you aren't successful, keep trying there IS a method for you. (Whoa, this is my first actual big lucid related post in a while. I want to get back into lucid dreaming) :3.

I kinda have luck with this wild. But im not too brave to face the hallucinations. I first heard that buzzing sound and it scared me already so i broke the whole process Btw, so if my heart beat is fast i may have scary experience? And does it last to minutes? And how long does it take to enter lucid dream if i entered the sp already?
