Whats up, I keep on waking up and hallucinating things, I know it's natural and all that but it's really messing with my sleep because I keep on waking up a sleep cycle or two before my final sleep cycle, and everything I hallucinate is REALLY fucking creepy. It's like my whole room is evil. The other day I saw these 2 women with melting faces standing where my guitars were. And this morning I saw a rustic pyramid ebbing some weird feeling. They seem to be getting more vivid and more abstract, and I just don't want to wake up one morning and actually see something that isn't morphed out of an object in my room, like http: |

I have become quite interested on the layers of lucidity, and I use them to measure how lucid a dream is. For more information on these layers, click here.
Cheers for your reply TehDalek! And to your points. |

I know I am sort of new to the lucid dreaming/dreaming techniques, but I have read SO much.. lol |

I'm here again, awake and unable to fall back to sleep because of these hallucinated evil feelings and visuals. Please does anyone have any ideas? I'm so tired and I can't get back to sleep UGH |

Ask them with a mean voice "Por que estas aqui?" It means why are you here? |

Try to stop thinking about the negativity of your room. You may have just had an odd experience where you saw something creepy and then got scared and are frightened that it will happen again so every time you sleep, you think about it. It may just be "programmed" into your subconscious to think about creepy things when you open your eyes and see your dark room because you associate it with the last experience. Try and convince yourself that your room is perfectly safe and that nothing can harm you rather than thinking about the negative things. Use of mantras before you sleep could help as well. |

Do you need to open your eyes when you wake up? If you don't open your eyes and stay still then you could go straight back into a dream. That means you don't have to come eye to eye with these horrible hallucinations. If you want more information on how to do it then just look up a DEILD tutorial and then it's down to you if you want to become lucid or not |
