If i am going to sleep normally its mostly ok. but when iwant to ld or ap, my legs are so excited that they want to run away from me.
Really i can not relax my legs, the constantly are moving, i feel tension inside them, the feel like somebody would inject caffeine into them. i want to kick something very hard.
One way of dealing with it is when i close my fist and literally punch myself very hard into legs, in my muscle zone. and it helps. i feel pain them, and i focus on pain but then i just slepp.
how to relax legs in other, normal way ?
today i tried this relaxation technique - tense them voluntary but it created painful cramp which gone after even more tensing.
