      Horror False Awakening

So I wake up in the middle of the night (at least that's what I thought, because it was extremely dark around) and everything seems normal, I didn't realise that I was dreaming, everything was too vivid to be a dream, it was extremely vivid. So as usual, I pick up my phone to check what the time is, but instead of not being able to read the time, something else happens. In the top right corner, the time says 07:16 AM and in the other area where the time is bigger just like in this photo http://cdn.gsmarena.com/vv/reviewsim...marena_001.jpg the time says 01 AM and something. So I am extremely confused like what the hell is happening. But I came up with the solution that my phone is bugged, which happens a lot because I have an old phone. So I get outta the bed thinking it was 07:16 AM and as I go for the lights switch to turn on the light in the room, in the way I see around 7 weird ass patchworks aligned all with the same plant. At this moment I came up with another retarded solution, that I might be hallucinating because it was too dark in the room. So I flicked on the lights switch and nothing happened. Room stays dark. At this moment I was stupid enough not to realise that I am dreaming, after reading so much about it and knowing about false awakenings. Instead, I get terrified because it was extremely dark and the lights weren't turning on, thinking that a demon or something is nearby. So I woke up after dropping on my back in the dream.... Just when I woke up I realised that I had the chance to lucid dream. Why am I so stupid not to become lucid after so many clues? Anyways, I wrote this down in my dream journal, false awakenings should be written in the dream journal too, rite?

Yea it would be helpfull to record false awakenings so you'll be able to recognize them when they happen. But don't feel bad, it happens sometimes its hard to separate reality of dreaming in the dream if the transitions are too quick.. At least you didn't see a demon that wanted to eat you or something lol.

I don't know what's happening. That night when I had the false awakening I wrote that down along with another dream and today I woke up with absolutely no dream in mind. Wasn't writing down dreams supposed to help me write down at least one dream every morning? I don't know what's happening.

Sometimes I don't remember any dreams when I wake up, especially when I'm stressed. Don't let it bug you too much. I'm sure that writing down dreams still helps a lot.

This is crazy lol, cause the other night I experienced my first false awakening and then the night after, no dream and I've been remembering my dreams consistently.
