Was This A Nearly Successful WILD or a Nearly Successful Astral Projection?

Hello all! (: i haven't used this site in a while due to laziness, but i've recently gotten back into lucid dreaming and have been practicing WILD once again for about a week now.
In the past few months i've had about 3 or 4 nearly succeasful WILDS and i've just recently had one (or atleast i think ) which had gotten me the closet to lucidity a few nights ago. I'm not 100% this was a WILD X ot could've been an astral projection instead haha. I would love for you kind people of DV to tell me what you think i could've experienced (:
Instead of repeating what i went through and how it felt, I'll just copy and paste my dream journal entry below, i had recorded in it shortly after waking up:------------

I was laying in my bed, after being awoken at 4:15am.

I had set my alarm at 9pm and went to bed shortly after.

After waking up for my wild attempt i got onto my phone to read about wild and figure out how to do it correctly.

Once i finished reading the tutorial,
I layed over on my back to attempt my wild. I kept imaging myself filling sandbags and tying them to my legs and arms to induce heaviness.

Then all of a sudden my mind wandered and thought about towers.

And what do you know? The same tower i thought about was right there! Ahead in my vision!

It seemed as if i was still laying in bed and the tower was sort of floating above me.

Then thats when i started floating super fast towards the tower. It felt like i was being lifted up and sucked towards it, almost like magnent.

I could hear the wind in my ears, along with these suction cup like noises.

The feeling was amazing, i loved it. It felt 100% real, more real than real life even.

Then that's when i thought (hey, what if this is a dream?! Im in a dream!)

Then thats when the feeling of flying or being sucked towards the tower started to fade away and i

Awoke in my bed shortly after.

I got onto my phone to do some research ( and i dont remember exactly what i searched but i know i was searching about the feelings and such of wild and being sucked towards the dream )

Then thats when i woke up a SECOND time! In real life this time, about a second after waking up i could still feel the feeling of flying and the intense vibrations
But that shortly faded a second later.

Imagine lying in bed right? The ceiling is exactly where the tower was in my "experience" and that was the view i had when i was experiencing everything. Almost as if i was being lifted out of my body and floating towards the ceiling, but in the dream like experience i was floating toward a tower.

The way you describe it makes it seem more like a nearly-successful wild. If you had let the sensation continue, you would have probably entered a dreamscene which involved the tower itself-maybe next to it, inside of it, or on top of it.

      WILD (initially.)
Remembering to do your favourite reality check during a false awakening will help you in future too.
