Physical occurrences outside your dream that had got incorporated within?

So I don't remember what was going on in this dream but I remember having a physical pain in my right arm and when I looked down at it, it was a bunch of cartoonishly large lumps with bulging pulsating veins on my forearm. Shortly after, I awoke with an incredibly painful and still pulsating right forearm from sleeping on it for who knows how long.

Another time, I was drowning in water and my breaths started getting shorter and shorter. I frantically woke up and my mouth was almost completely covered by my pillow and I was gasping for air. Time to learn to breathe out my nose when I sleep.

It's interesting how the mind invents scenarios around actual sensory input from the real world.

A few weeks ago, after a very long and complicated dream, I found myself in front of a house with a tall steeple. I looked up and it just broke off and started falling directly over an injured woman lying down in the grass. The rest of the dream consisted of nothing but the image of this steeple falling in ultra slow motion, zooming in and out in rhythm with the "WAHH WAHH" sound of my alarm. That lasted for like 4 or 5 minutes before I realized my alarm was going off and I woke up lol.

I often get that with sounds, such as:
Brothers running back and forth upstairs -> Someone dribbling a ball
Sister dribbling a ball downstairs -> Someone swinging while pounding a cane to the ground over and over
Someone yelling at a kid -> Someone assisting a childbirth
A crashing sound outside -> An explosion (as well as someone shouting "Fuck!!")
