Thread: Why does my brain tease me with Girls in dreams?

You want a girlfriend and all that that entails but lack the confidence (reading into being sick and antisocial vaugely, not knowing fully what that entails.) to get one. Your dream is a fantasy about having a relationship that you desire but that you view as out of reach.

If you want these dreams to stop you first have to acknowledge that a discrepancy exists. You strongly desire a relationship but see insurmountable barriers between you and your goal. That, in a very general sense is most likely why these dreams occur. The ways you might fix this are:

-Buck up and get a girlfriend. I'm not a life coach and can't tell you how to get the confidence to get with a girl. This is a dreaming thread and I haven't gone through getting one myself so I can't offer any worthwhile advice on that.

-Mark socializing with girls a dream sign. Build confidence that you will become lucid in these dreams. Then, tell yourself/your subconscious you won't have the dream anymore, or better yet; use the dreams to practice social skills and build confidence.

Sometimes we go on vacation to a beautiful place, and we still enjoy it, even when we know that few days later we have to go back to our mundane lives. Try to see your cool dreams like that.

Also, I think dreams sometimes show us different scenarios. So we can role play, without any dangers of screwing stuff up. Maybe it will help you get more social, so you are more opened to friending girls.

Don't worry my friend you are not alone my brain was teasing me with the same thing the only thing with me is i couldn't do anything in my dreams as well like i was shy in my NLD and reality same thing that's why i did something today i got lucid and went to find girls and kissed two and alpha.m was coaching me if you know him lol he has a youtube channel

Dream content usually reflects desires and common thought patterns you have. Another way of looking at it is that your mind is attempting to give you practical experiences of socializing with girls. Trying something for the very first time can be pretty difficult, not to mention daunting. Even if you consciously recognize that you don't have any real experience talking to girls, unconsciously your dream experiences could still help you have a more intuitive grasp on how to act, etc.
