      Dreamer's dilemma

I have started caring less about my dreams. I used to try and control them and do what I wanted. It got old. So I started just observing mostly as second person without actually being in the dream myself. That got old as well. Now I mostly just find a wall or random piece of furniture and go into that object in spirt form. Then I just sleep. It is very relaxing. Though i can't stay in that object if something bad was happening to someone. I can't stand seeing someone being hurt. I have to try and protect them even if they are dream characters.

I've had that feeling too before and had to rethink what made my dreams fun and exciting in the first place. For example, no matter how much control I have I like to restrain control and just do things normally. Like opening the door and running out instead of flying through the window. Or I like to dial the name of my dream guide on a phone instead of summoning them quickly. I guess its kind of slower but it does make me feel balanced.

Another thing Im doing is trying to think out of the box of what I have done and doing things that I haven't put much time to. Such as reading dream material and exploring the possibility of beyond dreaming related stuff.

Even dreamers who spent years lucid dreaming haven't done everything there is to do. So maybe think back to what made you excited during your lucid dreams and write a list of possible things you could do that might spark that fun feeling again.: )

Like maybe...Jump on the back of a dc and tell him to leap from roof to roof while you hold on. Lol That's something I did with my dream guide before and it was pretty fun. I can only remember doing that twice though and its only one out of many other things you could do.
